WPS Bathurst 12 Hour - Hour Eleven Update

The WPS Bathurst 12 Hour is set for a down to the wire finish with former Bathurst Champion Jason Bargwanna putting in a massive effort to drive to the lead lap by passing battling front runners Damien White and Tony Ricciardello.

Bargwanna’s #35 Product Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X , which he is sharing with Brad Jones and Stephen Knight this weekend is looking very strong at the close of hour eleven.

At the end of the hour the racing was especially close with White rejoining from his final pit stop just in front of Ricciardello as the hour closed.

Ricciardello has also already completed his final stop, and Bargwanna is expected to complete his final pit stop, early in the next hour.

Chasing the Mitsubishi EVOs from fourth and still in contention is Luke Searle in the #11 BMW 335i.

The leaders have now completed 215 laps.

Australian movie star Eric Bana is currently looking for a top ten finish to his Mount Panorama debut, chasing tenth placed Mal Rose.
