Matters Arising from Race 2:

The Black Flag was displayed to Car #19 Davis Sieders for failing to come under starters orders for the restart of the race.

The Bad Sportsmanship Flag was displayed to Car #777 Grant Denyer for contact with another vehicle at Turn 14.

STEWARDS UPDATE 2: 0900hrs Saturday 21st March 2009

Matters Arising from Race 1:

Flag signals were displayed as follows:
• Mechanical Black Flag to Car #38 Ben Eggleston for fluid loss.
• Bad Sportsmanship Flag to Car #999 James Moffat for blocking.

Following an investigation and an admission by Damian Assaillit Car #29 that he had driven in a careless manner, contact on Car #20 Bryce Washington, the Stewards imposed a PLP time of 22 seconds to be added to the Race 1 time for Car #29 Damian Assaillit.

Matters Arising from Qualifying:

For excessive use of the kerbs at Turn 2 by the following competitors, the Stewards disallowed the time for the lap in which it occurred:
• Car #20 Bryce Washington
• Car #28 Brad Lowe
• Car #92 Taz Douglas
• Car #92 Taz Douglas
• Car #777 Grant Denyer
• Car #777 Grant Denyer
• Car #74 Mark McNally

Matters Arising from Driver & Competitor Briefing:

Chris Alajajian Car #43 failed to attend the Briefing. The Stewards imposed a Fine of $500.

Matters arising from Practice:

Following an investigation and an admission by Sam Walter Car #47 that he had overtaken while the Red Flag was displayed, the Stewards imposed a fine of $2,500 with $2,000 suspended until 31/12/09.
