An incident at Turn 1, Lap 1 involving Car #2 Garth Tander and Car #14 Jason Bright was investigated. No breach of Rules established.

Further Matters arising from Race 3:
Following an investigation and an admission by Lee Holdsworth Car #33, that he had driven in a careless manner, contact on Car #4 Alex Davison, the Stewards imposed the penalty of the loss of 15 Championship Points.
Following an investigation and an admission by Rick Kelly Car #15, that he had driven in a careless manner, contact on Car #39 Russell Ingall, the Stewards imposed the penalty of the loss of 10 Championship Points.

Five other incidents were investigated but no breach of rules was established.
