Description
An interesting fact about Storey is that he only started Go Karting age the age of 14 and is a former NSW champion in the senior national class. Growing up around Motorsport it was only natural that Storey would compete one day, with his father Wally, a former Formula Ford competitor himself who placed runner up in the Australian championship of 1979. These days Wally plays a key role in the Tasman Motorsport V8 Supercar team after he has previously worked with the likes of Wayne Gardner, Neil Crompton, Holden Racing Team, along with Steve Reed and Trevor Ashby in their Lansvale Smash Repairs privateer team from the 1990’s.
